Charles Tuson

I have worked in this industry for just over a decade, starting out as the trainee on the front desk and rising up to managing an agency for the past few years where I achieved multiple awards. In 2020 I felt the time was right to open my own agency and couldn't think of anywhere more promising than to base our office in my hometown of Portchester. I have always been very customer focused and know that the important factors of being an estate agent mainly are consistent communication and quite simply, delivering on what you say you are going to do. Here at Castles I believe we are the best in our field at what we do. We offer a premium service from start to finish, honest advice, and every day we will strive to be best in class.

I am now entering into my 28th year in estate agency. I have worked across Hampshire, Berkshire & Surrey during this time. I have achieved success within all the offices I have worked in within my 28 years in the industry and have helped some become market leaders in their areas. After all this time I am still dedicated and passionate on delivering excellent customer service and thrive on exceeding my clients expectations. I feel confident that Castles customers will appreciate working with company directors on a day to day basis so they experience the attention to detail that is required to receive an unrivalled service, making the Castles experience one to remember.

I have been working within the property development and refurbishment industry for 15 years and the Agency side for 4 years. During this time frame I have learnt many different aspects of the property buying and selling process and this has given me a solid foundation to work from in the housing sector. Having spent a large section of my career commuting to London and Surrey carrying out refurbishments, when the opportunity arose to help set up Castles Estate Agents I jumped at it and it was a great feeling to be opening the business within the local area I grew up in.

I am the youngest member of the Castles team but with six years of experience in the estate agency field I am able to call upon a vast amount of knowledge to help my clients achieve their goals and dreams. Having achieved a level two NVQ estate agency qualification in 2018, I have worked across multiple areas stretching down from Waterlooville to Southsea, across from Fareham to Rowlands Castle. When the opportunity arose to work for Castles based in my home town of Porchester I couldn't refuse. I have been living here in Portchester for 24 years so can offer an abundance of local knowledge. I strongly believe that here at Castles the service on offer is second to none.
