I live in Australia, so I had quite the long-distance relationship with Charlie and Sean. My Mum passed away in the middle of Covid and I couldn't return to the UK to take care of her estate. From the very beginning Charlie and Sean were fantastic, Mum's house sold within a matter of days. There were a few issues along the way (not with Castles) and the chain even fell over at one point. However the guys took it all in their stride, always remaining calm and professional. Charlie especially kept in touch with me throughout the entire process and I can't thank him enough.
