Excellent service provided by Castles! Found all the staff open, polite, professional, willing to have honest conversations and someone always answered when I called up. Only on one occasion was the person I needed to speak to on another call when I called (I was calling them back as I had missed a call) and I was called back in 5 minutes. All members of staff knew who I was and what was going on with my property sale. As a single women selling a property , I felt that I was not pressurised or intimidated in any way and I felt that I was listened to and valued as a customer. No hesitation at all in recommending Castles as an estate agents!!

These guys have an up to date and modern way of buying and selling houses, no cheap suits and clipboards here. I live in Australia, so I had quite the long-distance relationship with Charlie and Sean. My Mum passed away in the middle of Covid and I couldn't return to the UK to take care of her estate. From the very beginning Charlie and Sean were fantastic, Mum's house sold within a matter of days. There were a few issues along the way (not with Castles) and the chain even fell over at one point. However the guys took it all in their stride, always remaining calm and professional. Charlie especially kept in touch with me throughout the entire process and I can't thank him enough.
